From the first walk through it was obvious that this house had major potential. After the initial design phase, we landed on a transitional style that would feel contemporary yet timeless. In order to modernize the home, we removed almost all of the walls on the upper floor between the kitchen, dining and living room. In doing so we created a spacious floorplan, perfect for entertaining, socializing and relaxing. The kitchen is the real showstopper in this house, with an oversized, chef’s style island complete with seating for 6. Our Clients can cook at the gas cooktop and entertain at the same time. We chose a warm grey quartz countertop to offset the crisp white, shaker style millwork. The beautiful kitchen faucet sits against a backdrop of stunning carrara marble paired with a herringbone backsplash. We are beyond proud to have brought our Client’s dreams to reality. We wish them many years of happy memories in this home!

We had a lot of time to plan our kitchen and bathroom renovation, 2+ years, so when we finally decided to get going, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted and wouldn’t need a designer. Wow, we are so happy we made the decision to hire Lindsay! She brought fresh new ideas we had never thought of! She transformed our dull, boring ideas into a warm, inviting, updated and very functional space. She listened. She was conscientious of our budget. She never pressured us and was involved as much or as little as we needed. When the design element of the project was complete she continued to keep in touch and took a genuine interest in following up on the progress and was willing to step in at any given moment if we needed. Lindsay made the renovation process, which is so overwhelming, quite a bit easier for us to deal with. Thank you so much Lindsay – we love our new space.
