This home was made for entertaining! We were thrilled to work with this amazing family to give their rancher style home a much needed renovation. They were referred to us by a happy past client and from the initial phone call, we knew these clients were going to be a blast to work with. This renovation completely transformed this space. We ripped down walls, changed plumbing locations, and added windows and french doors to let the light in!  We switched out the existing kitchen for the dining room to allow for more functionality and flow throughout. To create this open concept space, we removed the walls that divided the kitchen and dining area. We were able to design a large custom island complete with Caesarstone countertops. The island is perfect for day to day living but also a great gathering spot for their big extended family. Our clients asked us for a contemporary look but we were careful not to sacrifice the feel of a casual warmth that their family was used to. We were able to achieve this cozy yet contemporary look by selecting custom wood grain upper and lower millwork with pure white quartz countertops and chrome plumbing fixtures.  The glossy white subway tile adds a classic yet contemporary touch with a bevelled edge. We considered every detail in this project and incorporated storage areas wherever possible, including a custom appliance garage to hide small appliances. We layered the lighting in this project by using recessed pot lighting on dimmers and glass pendant lights over the island. The glass pendants lights are the perfect touch, adding character but also keeps the space feeling open and filled with light. Our clients were thrilled with the end result and have celebrated with family and friends many times over in this beautiful renovation!

Love Lindsay and love her work. She did a beautiful job on our kitchen remodel and made our vision a reality.  I would highly recommend her for any job!
